How we approach it

We start from the operational question, not the algorithm. We use proven Esri deep-learning tooling alongside open frameworks, validate every model against ground truth, and document it so the next analyst can run and retrain it. Where a capability is new, we pilot it on a bounded dataset before anyone depends on it in production.
